Shipping policy
Once you have received a shipping notification, we cannot accept any cancellation requests. We also will not accept a cancellation request for any customized items after the buyer approves the artwork.
We also do not accept any returns, exchanges, or cancellations from the following items. Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
X Custom/Personalized Items
X Digital Downlaods
X Perishable or Intimate Items
X Items on Sale/Final Sale Items.
If exchanging, or returning items once delivered, buyer is responsible for the shipping costs. If the item is defective or damaged, please contact Aimee at theoretikaldesign@gmail.com immediately! you have 14 days upon delivery to contact us, and 30 days upon delivery to ship it back to us. Once we receive the item, your item will be reviewed and we will let you know if your refund is approved within 10 business. days of receiving the order
When returning items:
X items must be unopened, unused, in its original state and in its original packaging in order for it to be accepted once received.
