2/1/26: hi friends! please do not hesitate to ever reach out in inquiry about your orders. in this season of THKG life, we are running a small business, solo parenting on and off, and in the height of postpartum. it's been really hard, but i'm hopeful it is a temporary season and one day this will work out for the better, and become easier. As most of you know, when i am packing orders, I am multitasking with my staff, who sometimes like to mix things up. we've been working on solutions to avoid this, but my 24 hours looks different every day, so consistency is hard, which leads to mistakes on our end. To help ourselves, I record every order I pack, in case of issues, flaws, missing items, etc. also unrelated to any of this- i'm aweful at quantities (that's an issue i'll probably have forever LOL) Moral of this rant- i know it is scary to have to reach out about imperfect orders and I will NEVER mind you reaching out to me if something looks wrong on your end. please let me know and the policies we have intact (in our chat) will be enacted in accordance. I am trying so hard to not have these issues, as I do not think they are fair, but I don't feel like addressing it is also the right way to go, as it is not my normal standard of operation right now. Please know that we are trying, it is not intentional, and it is something we are working really hard to find a solution for.
